This policy explains what personal data Boopet (https://portal.boopet.net) collects and how it is used.

1. Data we collect

Booking details: your name, phone number, email address, your pets' names and types, the service, provider, dates and price.
Reviews: the name and text you write.
Payments: when you pay online, Kashier processes the payment. We receive only the result (paid or not), the amount and a transaction reference, never your card details.
Technical data: a session cookie needed for the site to work. We don't use advertising cookies.

2. Why we use it

To process your booking and send it to the provider you chose.
To contact you about your booking by email, phone or WhatsApp (confirmation, changes, reminders about payment).
To keep records of bookings and payments, as required for accounting.
To improve our service.

The provider of your booking (name, phone, pets and booking details), so they can perform the service.
Service companies that help us run the platform: our hosting provider, email provider, Kashier (payments) and WhatsApp (Meta) for messages.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

We never sell your personal data.

4. How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept as long as needed for the service and for legal and accounting purposes, then deleted.

5. Your rights

Access to booking data is limited to our team and the provider of each booking. Payments go through Kashier's secure payment page.
